Rachel founded Sorelle with a clear vision: to help law firms create environments where exceptional women stay, grow and lead.

Having worked within the legal sector, including at Irwin Mitchell, Rachel saw first-hand the unique pressures women experience throughout their careers. It was during this time that she trained as an NLP Coach, deepening her understanding of the personal and professional challenges that can influence confidence, progression and long-term career fulfilment.

Over the past three years, Rachel has worked exclusively with women in law through one-to-one coaching. Those conversations have provided a deep understanding of the realities women face and revealed an important gap between the support firms want to provide and what women truly need to thrive.

Today, Rachel leads Sorelle's vision, partnering with law firms to deliver coaching, development and community that creates lasting impact for both women and the organisations they work within.

Kali is Sorelle's Principal Coach, bringing more than 20 years of leadership, business and coaching experience to the team. A Master-level Coach, ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and Leadership Trainer, she has worked with organisations and senior professionals across a wide range of sectors, helping individuals and teams navigate change, strengthen leadership capability and unlock their potential through coaching and development.

While her experience spans multiple industries, Kali's expertise is highly relevant to the demands of the legal profession. Her thoughtful, practical coaching style helps women build confidence, resilience and leadership capability while navigating complex, high-performing environments. She also plays a central role in shaping Sorelle's coaching approach, ensuring every client receives an exceptional coaching experience grounded in professionalism, empathy and lasting impact.

Catriona brings a powerful combination of coaching expertise, senior commercial experience and deep knowledge of talent and leadership development to Sorelle.

Having built her career in senior corporate environments before moving into coaching, she understands talent from both perspectives — the organisation seeking to develop and retain exceptional people, and the individual navigating the realities of building a successful and sustainable career.

That commercial understanding is matched by a deeply human approach to coaching. Catriona believes meaningful development starts with understanding the whole person behind the professional role. Career decisions, confidence, leadership and performance do not exist in isolation from identity, relationships, wellbeing, personal priorities and the wider realities of life.

Her coaching creates space for women to consider all of those dimensions — helping them understand what they need, recognise their strengths, navigate pivotal moments and make purposeful decisions about the careers and lives they want to build.

Within Sorelle, Catriona brings this whole-woman approach together with her expertise in talent, leadership and organisational development. She supports women directly through coaching while also contributing an important commercial lens to the wider Sorelle ecosystem.

Catriona contributes to Sorelle's ongoing review of emerging themes, helping us translate what we learn from women into relevant coaching, content and tailored interventions for our partner firms.

Nicky brings deep experience in leadership, behavioural change and human performance to Sorelle, with a coaching style grounded in the belief that people do their best thinking when given the right space, challenge and support.

Before establishing her coaching career, Nicky spent more than two decades working with people to change behaviour and achieve meaningful goals, including 15 years leading, managing and bringing teams together.

Her academic background spans sociology, psychology and criminology, reflecting a longstanding fascination with human behaviour, communication and what enables people to create meaningful change.

Today, Nicky works across executive, leadership and development coaching, supporting people to lead themselves and others while developing an approach to leadership that feels authentic to them.

Within Sorelle, Nicky helps women create space away from the noise and demands of their careers to think differently, understand what may be holding them back and turn insight into purposeful action.

Her coaching is highly individual — recognising that confidence, performance, progression and leadership cannot always be separated from the person behind the professional role.

Nicky's expertise in leadership and behavioural change also makes her an important part of Sorelle's group coaching and wider development ecosystem, helping women strengthen how they lead themselves, how they lead others and how they show up within their organisations.
