Why Sorelle Was Created

Before leaving corporate life in 2023 to pursue coaching full time, the founder of Sorelle spent almost 20 years working within high-pressure corporate environments, including working at Irwin Mitchell.

It was within the legal sector where the need became impossible to ignore.

Highly capable women constantly going above and beyond for clients, carrying immense emotional responsibility, protecting the reputation of their firms, balancing home life, and continually being expected to give more of themselves — often whilst quietly struggling under the pressure internally.

Sorelle was created to offer women in law the kind of ongoing mental fitness and emotional resilience support that has long been missing from the profession.
